Land Sales
All land sales that have not been concluded within one (1) year from the date of filing shall be set for status conference by plaintiff’s counsel within thirty (30) days following the expiration of one (1) year anniversary of the filing of the land sale action.
Disinterment
If the decedent died of a contagious or infectious disease, the applicant must obtain a permit from the Board of Health (or other appropriate agency) authorizing the disinterment.
Current costs for disinterment are $46.00.
Registration/Certification Medical Licenses in Probate Court
Chiropractors, Podiatrists and Certified Massage Therapists can have their medical licenses registered in Probate Court for a cost of $2.00, cash, money order or certified check only.
Please bring the actual license to the Probate Court between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m.
